Be sure to wait for the entire video to download before hitting the play button, this allows you to watch the clip with interruptions. QuickTime will automatically start to play the movie once enough the content has been streamed to your browser to ensure a smooth playback. If you hit the play button to early it may cause the movie to restart from the beginning.

In order to track your progress and offer you the latest interactivity you must have Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher and allow for cookies and java to be turned on. For Windows, you can adjust these settings by selecting Internet Options under the Tools menu. On the Mac you can find it under your preferences for Internet Explorer.
Click on the Help button, located in the top navigation bar. On the Online Support page, click on Live Tech support, fill out the form and click on the submit button and someone will contact you shortly.
For a 56k modem user make sure to choose low bandwidth under the media setting. For cable modem, dsl, or faster connection you can choose low or high bandwidth. The media setting is located directly under the movie window and may be changed at any time. Your current setting is saved to your account each time you adjust the setting.
Each id and password is licensed to you as a user and if you share your password you may lose access to the system. Also, if you share your account you will no longer be able to track your progress within the system.
After successfully completing the assessment you will get a new item on the menu of the product you own called certificate which you may click on at any time to print out.
